Have you seen this style in your neighborhood?
Would your dress code allow you to participate?
Would you encourage your daughter to select this suit to purchase?
Do you wear heels with your shorts?

I think it looks ridiculous, and I'm certain my daughters would feel the same.

Dress code at work says no shorts, so no, wouldn't happen. For that matter working in manufacturing I can't have open toes or sleeveless. without something over the shoulders. I think the look is very cute for like vacationing and such, and can see doing it myself (longer shorts than shown!) but not in the workplace - at least not in a professional envt. And no, I don't even own heels - twisted my ankle back when I was 22 wearing stacked shoes (the old Bass type) and refuse to do that again!

Not very professional.

At work, the ladies do not wear shorts. They wear slacks (most often), skirts (not too short) and dresses (also not too short).

I think they are very cute but I can't imagine any workplace allowing people to wear shorts if people normally wear suits.

Even if I were inclined to wear a shorts suit (which I'm not), I wouldn't be able to wear the ones pictured at work - too short.

No, I haven't seen anyone around here wearing shorts suits.

I work in NY and I could see these suits being ok in certain industries - fashion, media, and possibly advertising.

Not trying to hijack - but if you google under shopping 'turquoise ballet flats' there are quite a number like http://www.dessy.com/accessories/Duchess-Bridesmaid-Ballet-Flat?colorid=995&gclid=CLn8tKPRtakCFYYTfAodKX7XNQ
