Yikes, that stinks for those students who remain on the waiting list. Hopefully they're understanding of the fact that it was a human error, which we all make from time to time.

Perhaps by typing the letter on a typewriter rather than using Word would have been safer.

They're not the only ones - Vassar did that too, and I think one or two other colleges.
