Rebekah, a lot of kids go through this especially when they are ready for a break -- or they are bored beyond tears and something needs to be "changed up" in the classroom. Many teachers have already seen the signs and made the changes for these kids - I hope Nathaniel's teacher will find a way to reach out and make a difference for him so these last few weeks won't be a total waste.

He was telling me today that his math teacher has started having them be active outside and doing math by throwing a ball to eachother practice their multiplication facts. He was pretty happy about this.

I know how you feel. Testing was a big frustration for nathaniel this year. There were actually portions he never did and didn't make up.

That sounds like a great teacher! I thought only homeschoolers took the time to do that.
