Ard notice.

I received an ard notice for my son today for an ard this Thur. I am sending the form back with new dates. I called the teacher today and she said that she would have sent the ard notice on Fri but David went home early the form it says a 5 day school notice. If it was sent Fri it still would not have been 5 school days. Sigh I so wish it was a longer notice. This is an annual review and its his last year of elementary school. I go to all of his ards so I was a bit put off by this. His home campus was good at sending out ard notices at least 2 weeks in advance. I work as a sub in the district so its not as easy to just drop a job. Thanks Dawn

We only do our meetings once a week also.

Odd that they can only do them one day out of the week...

I am rescheduling but the ard notice was given to me on Monday for an ard on Thursday. The teachers excuse was she was going to send it home on Friday but David went home early, but it should have came home on Thursday right? That would have been 5 school days.Hopefully I will see the new date tomorrow. The teacher told me they can only do the ard on Thursdays. Which is very limiting. Also it need to be done by Nov 18th.I never knew there was a date the annual needed to be completed by. I did find out that he will have another ard near the end of the year, for his transition ard for middle school. Dawn
