April 15th marks the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. Evidently some kids on Twitter thought it was just a movie. I'm feeling very old now.

Eeeegads!

You shouldn't feel old. It's not like we were alive back then and WE knew. They should just feel undereducated lol. My kids are actually part of a Titanic exhibit that day in costume and portraying real people. They've been learning a lot about it this week... we all have!

Such a sad, sad story but filled with amazing people who showed courage to the end.

LOL, well that is true! How cool that your kids are participating in the exhibit. We are lucky to have the Molly Brown house here in Denver, which was her actual house at one time. The historical society restored the interior to the original state and they do educational tours. It's pretty neat to see, at least once.
