Need help yet again!! Very LONG! Nervous

As most of you know my daughter was born 3 months premature. She has CP from it and qualifies for early childhood intervention and she starts school August 31st. I was just informed today by her teacher that the bus will be transporting her to school then to therapy. I cringed because I have not let anyone other than my DH, Mom and I drive with her. I asked about carseats and she said they would provide them. Next question I asked could she be rear facing and she said she wasn't sure about the seat situation. I cringed even more. I then asked her if I could use our extra personal carseat and she said I could but I would have to install and uninstall it everday because the bus picks up other kids and what not. Sooooooo my issue is I have seen you guys give out advice on both delimmas and which one of the two would be idea. I want her RF to the MAX! She is yet very petite and has very spastic legs from the CP and I don't feel at all comfortable turning her FF even in a small school bus. I am going to try and see if they can provide a RF carseat but hear again what if it's used. I doubt they would use a bad carseat but I am anal and God only knows what kid has been in that carseat I am sure you get my point! :-) If they cannot provide on then should I use ours and do the daily installs/uninstalls which I am not perfect and with a bunch of very young kids on a bus I hope I don't fail at something because I know nothing about putting a carseat which could have bad results if there was ever an accident? I am not even sure if the driver would even be okay with me taking the time to do that because you know if you let one parent do it you got to let all and if everyone did it {which would be AWESOME} they wouldn't make it to school on time. Would she be safer if there was an accident because she is in a bus? I have heard that before but I feel that it's probably a myth. A friend even carried her baby and held him during a bus ride. I really don't like the idea of FFing to be totally honest with you I feel nauseas and anxious about this and I just don't feel right about it and that is why I came to the experts! Should I or Shouldn't I RF with our carseat on a daily basis, or FF with carseat provided by school and I do believe they have offered to purchase things for her if we liked but declined because we wanted other families to use the money that needed it and we just purchased it ourselves so maybe they would by her a FF carseat. I am not buying another carseat I have 4 carseats now and the main one is the britax and it's staying in my vehicle! Sorry for the LONG ramble but I am so nervous about everything not only transportation but my baby girl going to school and she will only be 3 in October. If you made it this far I thank you so much in advance LOL :-)

P.S. Maddison's stats is she will be 3 in October, She is 25lbs 34 inches tall. She has really good trunk and neck control but I still feel so much better having her RF! Thank you so very much again.

Are you able to drive her back & forth or must she take the bus?
