I hope those of you in the SE and on/near the east coast are enjoying your snowstorm!

When I look at my deck rail it looks like about 8". When dh went outside to shovel he said it was more like a foot. They said there is still more to come. THis is our 1st snow day this year. It is dh's bday. I had hoped to go out to lunch while the kids were in school (well, except for the 2 little ones) but now they are home.

They were predicting 8-14" for us....WRONG AGAIN! lol

It looks like there is about 4" on the cars and railings, lawn furniture, etc....but it looks like far less has accumulated on my driveway (maybe because it's been fairly mild here lately). It is still snowing lightly, not sure what that will mean for total accumulations. I haven't heard the plows yet. Did I mention that I don't like snow, lol?

Other parts of NJ got hit harder, but we were not in the eye of the storm this time around!
