What are your goals for the month of March?

1--Declutter. 50 things is my target number.

2--Keep household spending under $100.

3--Implement one new idea each week from The Tightwad Gazette.

4--File taxes.

5--Health goals: Keep on my workout schedule & continue cutting back on my Diet Coke.

Keep groceries at $150 per week.

Household at $25 per week

No spending on animals this month-have food and treats a plenty

Wisely plan out how to spend tax return-taking into consideration home repairs that should/could be done

Create a budget for the 2011/2012 school expenses

Create a budget for summer camps and vacations

Start thinking ahead

Not buy anything we don't absolutely have to have. To hopefully have the credit card paid off in full by end of March.

Good luck on getting that credit card paid off! I'm sure that will be such a great feeling for you!

I think my goals are reachable this month

Get the jeep inspected

Get taxes done

Get the girls to do the read across America program and the goal I have is 400 books this month yes that sounds like a lot but so far this year we have read an average of 75 books a week none were chapter books but I really believe we can handle it if any chapter books the idea is every 2 chapters counts as 1 book

I gave up on the girls bedtime routine since it has not worked well the last two months maybe revisit that another month

Send in my flex spending rx stuff.

Do some spring cleaning next week when I'm off for spring break. I really need to get the carpet on the stairs cleaned.

Get myself to the gym! I've been putting this off since I broke my rib in October. It finally healed in Jan. and I haven't gotten back into my routine. I need to do this.

Lesson Plan for the rest of the semester. I really just need a couple of days of dedicated time to get this done. I know I will feel better once it is out of the way.

Stop spending! This will be hard since it is our puppy's 1st birthday on the 16th. I have a small party planned, but I'm trying not to get out of hand.
