I won't know until the middle of the week to find out if I got the job or not. My first interview was great, with the recruitor. She is close to my age (I'm 19, and she's probably in her early to late 20's). We talked about the job, and then of course just chit chatted. It ended with a handshake, warm smile and "I really want you to have a second interview with the manager!! Would it be ok if I call you later, since she's at lunch?"...about 20 minutes after when I got home, she left a message for me to meet the manager on Friday for a second interview. My luck, I had to have my very first cavity filled that morning, and my numbness didn't wear off until like 20 minutes before I got there. Basically the manager just talked. She was very layed back and asked if I had any other questions, but we ended up just talking about everything and anything. At the end she told me she really wanted me to work for her, and that she really hoped that I would be coming back soon. Since she isn't the hiring person she said she was going to e-mail the recruitor telling her she really liked me. The bank is very layed back, and because it's a "Cashless" bank (everything, like withdraws, etc, are done in the ATM machine), they aren't too hard on you about what you wear. There you have to wear either khakis, blue or black dress pants and their signature t-shirt. Also, their benefits are great, and after my 90 days I can choose to take a test to go up to Senior Financial Service Rep. (bank teller), and get a 2.00 raise! Anyway's, please keep me in your prayers!!

That's AWESOME! I love interviews that go like that, where you just connect with the person interveiwing you really well.

You've got my prayers comingy your way. I'm sure you'll get it!
