Your hands !! LOL Think those old cartoons where they big guy is tossing the dough into the air that is really kinda the way to do it!!

but seriously here is what I do When I get my pizza dough (bread dough) out of the mixer I set it on my greased pan (greased with olive oil) and then I work it into the shape I want till it sort of stays since I am using bread dough which has yeast it kinda has a life of its own so it does not always stay exactly in the shape I want so I just keep working it

Then I top it as I choose it always bakes to fit the cookie sheet I use

A 1 litre soda bottle, or even a wooden dowel should work. I also don't use a rolling pin when making pizza - we pat and stretch and pull, and dh even knows how to spin it because he once worked in a pizzaria as a teenager!

>>wooden dowel<<

These make the best rolling pins, imo.

Well, anything that is 'longer than it is wide' will probably do the trick, if you know what I mean!

We use Canned food Cans for the kiddos at playdoh time! Just remove the paper off a can, don't forget to write the contents on the lid afterward with a sharpie!
