Doing a major soup cook today to freeze

I was thinking what to do with some leftovers of the last couple days.

I made soup today too. A vegan vegetable soup, then I puree it so only seems like it's a cream soup! I had the limpest stalk of celery in my crisper, I mean it was hysterical how limp this thing was, completely flopped over!...and I didn't buy it all that long ago either! Luckily I also had some carrots, a couple of parsnips, some potatoes with eyes, and a sweet onion. That's all you need. The spices are thyme, bay leaf, dill, salt & pepper. Everything gets diced up. The onion is sauteed in the
