You could make up some french toast and put in freezer for quick breakfasts. Just reheat in microwave or toaster.

What about making a strata? Basically bread cubes, eggs and other ingredients depending on type. The ones I've made are of the breakfast variety. I'm sure if you search on allrecipes or any recipe site you'd get lots of ideas.

HTH! Good luck using them up! You could always toss out to the birds if all else fails.

If your not thinking of bread pudding, stuffing or croutons or bread crumbs.

I don't know if this will work for your DH...

to avoid this, you could just slice half of the loaf and put it into the freezer right after you got it.

Whenever I have leftover bread, which doesnt happen often, I like to make pinapple bake casserole! it's always a hit!
