Menus--week of 2/7
Sun, 02-07-2010 - 4:15pm

Do you have your menus planned for the week?

Tonight is just a bunch of snacks, etc. for the Super Bowl. We're not even that big of football fans, and my boys even less so, but they've been asking for a few weeks--"what are we having for the Super Bowl?" You'd think it was a holiday or something, lol! On our menu--toasted ravioli, sausage/cheese/crackers, hot cheese dip w/tortilla chips, potato chips w/french onion dip, apple slices, fresh veggies w/ranch dip, Super Bowl cupcakes that my mom bought for the boys and M&Ms. M&Ms because of a commercial 13ds saw, lol, and then he requested those too.

The rest of the week---

Cornbread, sausage, fresh fruit

Chicken foil packets (done in oven instead of grill), cheesy crockpot corn

BBQ Cheeseburger Joes, potato wedges, roasted broccoli, applesauce

Tuna casserole, roasted carrots & onions

A night of leftovers to clear out the fridge

Sat. night we'll be out of town and will eat out.

Monday- roast with beans and peas

Tuesday- oven fried chicken

Wens- breakfast for dinner probably french toast and bacon

Thursday- sloppy joes

We're doing Superbowl at home too, although with a very toned-down menu.
