Hello!! so last week, we had a bunch of family visiting because my father in law passed away early tuesday morning :(. we were expecting it because hes been going downhill fighting cancer but it was still pretty sad. but everyone had to get "new" clothes for the funeral and for their kids so we went to the thrift store. on wednesday and thursday, i found some good deals...but when we went again on saturday-just to go that time-and we went to a different one-HOLY CRAP!! i think i will go to that one next time i need to go clothes shopping(which will probably be in spring sometime). i got:
-2 new shirts for me
-4 pairs of pants for me
-1 new pair of pants for my 11 yo
-4 shirts for 11
-1 new pair of pants for my 7 yo
-2 new shirts for my 7 yo

so 14 items...my grand total-$26. i probably could have gotten a bunch more and spent just a lil bit more, but we really didnt NEED any of this stuff(well i did need a couple new pairs of work pants cuz i was wearing the same

Great buys! I recently had my white blouse die on me so I went and got a new one at the local thrift store. Found one that fit perfectly and it looked like it had never been worn and it was exactly the style I wanted. The price - $8.00. Maybe just a touch more than I did want to pay but I was at the mall saw some there for $22 so I figure I did get a good deal.
