My brother suggested I look at Sams for pizza finxins. I got 5 lbs of mozerella for 8.54 and 2 lbs of canadian bacon for 7.88. In addition to that, I add veggies and sauce from regular stores (and homemade dough) After I broke it into serving sizes, I will be able to make 2 pizzas for 3.75 (enough to feed 3 adults and a pair of toddlers)

Yes, you absolutely can freeze shredded cheese! I do it all the time and it thaws out great. I have never frozen a block of cheese, but I have heard that it becomes crumbly and is hard to slice.

I have been making pizza at home lately. Although, I would like to make my own dough, I haven't had the time it requires so I have been buying fresh dough for $1.48 a package. It makes one large size pizza.

I wasn't talking of freezing block cheese for slicing.

Not only can you freeze shredded cheese, but you really MUST unless you plan to use the mozzerella within a week or so.
