I have been mia for a while. I used to post on here alot, but don't worry we have always been trying to be frugal anyway. We are a one income family.

So sorry you are going through so much stress! If you were able to work out the school schedule and try to cut out some things such as the vacations and such for just a little while, wouldn't that help get you on a career track and bring in some good money? I don't know how old your child is, but could you look into a state funded program such as headstart to help you while you attend school? Is there any kind of grant you could get to use toward your child care expense?

I wish you luck and just keep asking around. Someone may know of resources to really help you.

Sending hugs...

I think WIC can provide nutritional assistance to children up to age 5 so that might help a little with the groceries each month and relieve some stress for you.

I think it is great that you are learning a new skill! Is there someone in your church who might watch your son when you go to class in exchange for manicures/pedicures etc? Is there a friend that you might switch babysitting days with, if they work on different days than you go to class? Just trying to brainstorm some ideas...

Hugs
