What are you working on today to help your shops?

I had changed my items to include FREE shipping, my sales went down when I did that. I am now editing all my listings to not include shipping, but state that each additional bow is $.50 extra and promote my custom orders. I am also editing any pictures that need to be edited. I also want to replace all my holiday bows with new bows and get the holiday bows stored up. I may make ONE listing for HOLIDAY bows only and have one of each bow in a LOT. Hmmm, that idea just came to me and I like it.
