Any good credible sites for ADHD?

Hi there! I was wondering if anyone knows of any good credible websites that I can refer my BF to on ADHD? I've seen some recommendations on here for a book but I myself have a hard time reading books (undiagnosed ADD I think lol!). My DS is 8 and was diagnosed at age 2.5 because of family history. Now that he's a bit older I need to "update" how to handle his behavior too. My BF doesn't have any people in his family with ADHD (although I suspect it in his 5yo nephew) so he doesn't know how to handle my DS and it's starting to cause problems between him and I.
To my BF things should be cut and dry, black and white but that's not how it works with my DS. He doesn't understand that my DS can't always control what he does especially in the mornings before he gets his meds. My BF comes from a family that had rules such as "you eat what I make", "clean your plate or you sit there", and things like that. His dad was an alcoholic who sometimes beat on his mom but he would step in the middle and take it himself sometimes so he does have some anger himself. He doesn't touch my son but he is quick to flare his temper and yell when my son misbehaves.
It's gotten to the point where I dread any interactions between the two of them because I'm caught in the middle - meaning I know there is a need for structure (I'm kind of a softy) but I think he goes too far too quick with grounding or taking away privilages (it's the only thing that works). I also dread having my mom visit or us visit her because she's a bigger softy than I am and is starting to hate my BF, which again puts me in a tough spot in the middle.
So anyway, I'm just hoping someone has some sites or maybe even advice that I can show him. I think if my BF reads the right material this might make more sense to him and help with how to handle my DS better.
