constiant hand/leg movment

Ok here is my delima I have one son who has ADHD and ODD. My oldest son does not although he does have ADD tendencies. I have noticed in the last few weeks/month that he keeps moving his hands at the wrist and his legs sometimes. I asked him why does it at first he said that it hurt but then he said that he felt he had to move them.
