A long time ago, I cut out processed sugars (mainly high fructose corn syrup) and food dyes, and noticed a big change in Alex.

Oh we believe the dyes are a big culprit...I even hav e the leader of DS cub scout convinced and now she banned juice boxes when we ahve snack during the meeting..hahah...we go healthy with the snack part and have all the moms on board..lol...besides 8 yr old boys..well being boys...it had been a big improvement.
