Who did the evaluation? The purpose of an eval is a diagnosis, and Behavior Mods may be in the Psych report.
He sounds like a somewhat normal 4.5 yo to me, and since there is such a wide range of normal in kids this age it might be hard to get a diagnosis until he is older. I would however ask his Ped for a referral to a Neuropsychologist.
A child may HAVE ADHD, but it is not what they ARE. Never tell a child they ARE ADHD.
