Link between ADHD & obesity/high fat diet

Hi All
Just came across this article, somewhat interesting about possible links being researched between ADHD and obesity and/or high fat diets. The study appears to only be done on mice so far, but does mention the use of Ritalin to reverse the effects

I found that article incredibly interesting, not only for my ADHD child but also my son that deals with some anxiety issues. It does say that after 10 weeks the body compensates for the diet, and brain dopamine levels return to normal, but that still makes me curious how diet affects behavior. If they have a higher fat diet one week compared to normal intake, that could cause a change in their dopamine levels. Lots of questions now!
