Medical Alert Bracelet for ADHD?

I was wondering if it would even be worth investing in a medical alert bracelet for my 4yr old to wear. He starts school in the fall and is going to church and other activites without me. He is on 3 different medications also so I am thinking getting him a bracelet with at least contact info, his name, and conditions would be a good idea or if anyone else has? I looked at the board and couldn't find any posts reguarding this
