I have a chart, but DD is 12, it has evolved as she has gotten older.

Make a basic chart with things you want, and things that are not acceptable. it is pretty simple. Also, when she was younger we had instant rewards, since younger kids are not good at waiting, especially if they have ADHD. Instant rewards consisted of

NO MEDS AND NO COMPLETE DIAGNOSIS JUST HAS HYPERACTIVE TENDENCIES, ANGER ISSUES AND SOME MILD SIGNS OF BIPOLOR SO THE THERAPIST THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A GOOD BEHAVIOR PROGRAM AND HES NEVER BEEN ON A BEHAVIOR PROGRAM BEFORE SO I AM KINDA CLUELESS AS HOW TO START THIS AND SET UP ALL THE RULES AND GUIDELINES AND HOW TO IMPLEMENT IT.

I have actually read this book recently, because I am always curious. Basically it is a guide to a reward system, using printed "cards". It is the same basic premise of any behavior rewards system, and they DO work. it is not , however, a Cure.
