Is anyone using Pycongenal? or have any pros and cons about it?
It was recommended that my son 6 year DS try it. I don't want to jump right into traditional meds if we don't have to.
Any other suggestions would be great

From what I just read on their website it is Pine Bark. Never heard of it before, and generally supplements take ages to work. I would guess it cannot hurt, although i am not sure.
If it claims to "sure" or eliminate" ADHD I would save my money however.
A child may HAVE ADHD, but it is not what they ARE. Never tell a child they ARE ADHD.
