Well, we are trying straterra...(M)

I made a mistake in my first post, saying the first thing we tried was clonodine. It 18 mg of concerta. I don't know what I was thinking, but i am guessing most of you figured that out.

I was wondering of those that are on it and off the stimulant have seen an increase in appetite? I am really hoping for this. My ds will be 10 in dec and is 62 lbs. He is down to the 25% and if he doesn't gain any weight in the next 3 months will be below that when he turns 10. I hate to look at that. He was at the 50% when he was 8 and down to the 37% when he was 9. He has gained no weight virtually since he was 8 and started the meds. He was 62 when he started meds in Sept before he turned 8. He went down to 56 within 3 months. And has slowly came back up to the 62 since about Dec of 2001. I hate to see him not getting anywhere. I know he was 60 when he was 9 so he has gained 2 lbs in the last 9 months. He has gained nothing since June. I was thinking of seeing if he liked ensure to maybe help him along. Anyone else tried this and had it work?
