This was something I've never considered before, but found it very interesting.  Researchers found that by having your child do yoga, it can help with their ADHD:

Researchers in India assigned 69 schoolchildren with ADHD to a once or twice weekly yoga program. The "Climb-Up" yoga program was conducted in classrooms for one year. The therapeutic yoga based curriculum included yoga, meditation, and play therapy.

The participants behaviors were assessed with Vanderbilt questionnaires completed by parents and teachers.

The researchers found that 46 percent of students had significant improvement in teacher ratings of behavior and 92 percent of students in parent ratings.

How do you think your child would respond to it?

DS had yoga in an afterschool class. He liked it but not sure if it helped at all with the ADHD. He just thought it was cool with those odd positions but honestly see him getting bored after a few weeks if it continued. Could have been wrong but since they only did 1 session and never saw them offer again guessing it wasn't a hit
