David is in the 3rd grade, (general ed in the mornings, and pulled out into a special Aspie class, which, it turns out, has kids in it that aren't really Aspies, but "have similar needs.")

Oh Geez.

I love "knock me over with a noodle" ROFL. That is aptly put. This is not an easy activity for an Aspie and his "aspie teacher" perhaps should have come up with some plans to help him be successful in that environment.

But honestly (note- sarcasm alert) really, just a talking to from you aught to do the trick. Yup, you just need to have a talk with him because I am sure that behavior is not appropriate and I am SURE you have never thought to "talk" to him about it before. And naturally your "talking to him" completely separate from the activity hours away from it is going to make everything all better.

Dang why didn't you think of that earlier?

Its amazing. Will the "Have a talk with him" crap never end??? Why hadn't the Aspie teacher prepared the Aspie kids and the gen. ed teacher? Do any of them have brains?!

I hope you get a good reply from them. You know Kyle gets really upset about other kids being disruptive too. He tends to cry instead of yelling though. Not too great for a middle schooler.
