Dee,

It's always great to have good news to report, right? Kudos to Liam on the pineapple and watermelon. That's great news.

And kudos to you guys for the Lithium decision. I wish you luck with it.

Fabulous, wonderful, sensational. Loved hearing both of those.

For multi's we use one we get from costco. It is a bit better than a flintstone's but it isn't like brainchild or those. IT is pretty much a regular children's multivit. I spend more on teh digestive enzymes and other supps and go with a regular multi. Plus many of the other children's multi's we tried tasted just awful! My kids like this one. It is a gummy bear one.

Actually we have been cutting back on supps a little lately. Going with LR's view of trying to get the important nutrients in using diet. Sometimes the supps can put too much of a load of one or another thing in thier body. I still use a bit of digestive enzymes, probiotics and a regular multi on occasion. Even less of those and thier bodies seem to be doing the work on thier own now. At least more so than they were. And they are getting thier omega's, C's, antioxidants, etc. in thier food. I still find that we do need the enzymes to help them properly digest and utilize the nutrients.
