Thank You Amy :)

Oh and Paula.... Just want to tell you, I remembered what Marisa said. She reminded me that she was very clumsy... which I had totally forgotten when she was a child, but I do remember thinking man this kid sure gets alot of bruises on her legs. But I just thought because she was very hyper and played so ruff....

So, for Marisa (20 yr old dd) she has sensory, OCD, and some possibly large motor skill problems along with some very mild tics and stims. Thought that was interesting....

K were back and the doc finished up. We talked about the school and my problems getting help for Chris and he said well the good thing about the Regional Center was I would have access to there services and an attorney ect.... I sure hope he wasn't teasing me with that statement.

Another good thing is Chris Stimmed the whole time with kicking the table leg, tapping his fingers, and at the end taking his water bottle and hitting himself in the head over and over again, saying boy this feels good. The doc made mention of it all too as we were leaving saying well its a good thing he wasn't banging his head against the wall... I said well the Risperdal has really helped with that (in fact I was even surprised to see the water bottle incident, as its been awhile since he's banged his head on anything).

I also told him of a recent tic Chris has started doing with his shoulder shrug, and also I asked him about Nicholas, and what he does with his hands and fingers in front of his eyes (he moves them really really fast like). I also asked about why Nicholas always has his fingers in a OK sign, and will have them that way all day sometimes. He said because neurologically, it calms him. I said so that is a stim? He said yes.

Whew, anyway, I guess it's all about the waiting now. The Doc said it should take about a couple of weeks.

Thanks for being here for me guys :)
