I hate to do this, especially with your FIL sick, but I am going to say to you what you would probably say to me:

Document both incidents and send a letter to the school asking why you had to hear about it from your DS. You should also mention that you are concerned that your child is being teased and possibly bullied in school -just to get it on the record. I don't blame you for being upset about it. Zero tolerence should be true for everyone, teasers as well as "tease-ees".

All this supposes that you guys don't get to school on Monday to find it buried under coal! (that St. Michael can be "twicky" -to borrow from DD)

Did the principal of Liam's school converse with the principal of your sons school? That is the exact same type of crap they tried to pull on us a few weeks ago! I'm with Paula, the sooner you get this straightened out the better. It's just too confusing for a kiddo!
