Allergies??? GFCF diet

I feel like I'm totally annoying you guys with all my questions.

Those of you who are doing or did the GFCF diet---did you get allergy testing done first? Last year we got Jacob tested. He came up positive for Casein, eggs and then all environmental. They never tested for wheat. I have no idea why. Anyways....he never had any GI symptoms except when he was little---2-4yo. We had put him on soy milk for about 2y because we "thought" he was lactose intolerant. He would have diarrhea every time we used regular milk. We tried milk again at 4yo and he was fine. Then at almost 5y--he got tested and it came up positive. No more GI signs though. The only thing he does get is a groin, buttocks, leg rash with an itchy anus. Its definitely from the dairy. We stopped the dairy and it disappeared in 3 days. We gave him dairy and it appeared in 1 day.

I made an appointment to get him tested again---for gluten. I've always heard that kids who do well on the GFCF diet never even turned up positive on testing.

Do you guys think that because he is positive that this may actually work for him? I know he is allergic to wheat/gluten. He craves his bread---100% whole wheat all the time. Some days he eats 6 sandwiches and full meals!!

But still---no GI symptoms. Do they all have GI signs if they are allergic?
