Are you going to make a summer schedule?
- Yes, it's already written.
- Yes, I'm planning.
- Yes, but I'm dreading writing it.
- No, we fly by the seat of our pants.
- No, our summers are scheduled for us.
- Why would I make a schedule?
- other (please post)

I picked 'Other"
Namely I'm an ADHD procrastinator, who will wait till the lst minute and get everything done in two days while simultaenously shaving three years off her life.

ohhhhh, is that what I was supposed to pick, rofl! I am being a hopelessly optomistic ADHD parent of aspies. I picked the planning on writing one option, LOL. I do every year, usually 3 days into vacation.

A schedule is the ONLY way I will survive the summer with my sanity intact. I did one last year and I had no clue son had a disorder......I just learned from experience that he craved routine and predictability and a schedule was necessary. Funny, I can look back NOW and see all of these big, red flags waving......never had a clue.....

"A schedule is the ONLY way I will survive the summer with my sanity intact."
That explains (some of) why my sanity is not intact....

ROFLOL! me too! I know I should do it, I will probably do the schedule at some point during next week when school gets out. I know #3, #4, & #5 will do so much better if the list is in front of Mom and #3 in black and white, but geez! why would I start a list before I actually need it?
I'm beginning to see why #1 son has such a difficult time w/ organization! did I have this problem when I was 14?
