Very interesting!

Just curious -- are you from the Boston area? I grew up in Framingham...

It is very interesting and I was going to ask about the same thing about Boston area. I grew up in S. Massachusetts but worked in Framingham/Southboro/Needham area for years. Often in early intervention, etc. with children with autism.

BTW, a year or so ago we had a similar article here in California about the decrease in autism by tracking new referrals to the regional center systems around the same time. However, a person who does that kind of statistics showed how the data was flawed.

It is interesting, but I would like to know how they got thier data and what the proof was. Not that I think it is wrong but it is something worth having some hard facts too.

No, I'm over in Michigan....I just get articles sent to me since I'm a school Psych. (I'd love to live over there though!! Boston is our favorite city, but it's too expensive) :o)
