Poor thing; Mommy is a cranky mess (more to do with a pinched nerve in my neck than the baby too).

I so understand the new baby thing at your house.... My 10 year old went ballistic the day I told him I had a baby in my tummy (he was 3 at the time)

Anyway, other than giving a hug, I can give you some advice on how to get that neck to feel better... I used to be a massage therapist.

Heat will help heal that muscle pain. Take a hand towel, fold it up, wet it and put it in the microwave for a min. Make sure its wet, not drenching, but wet. You don't want any fires in your microwave lol.

Take the towel out and slowly place it in the area of pain (to make sure its not too hot). When the heat goes away, unfold the towel where there will be other heat underneath. Apply the heat, and when your done cup your fingers and try to reach back there, grab the muscle and pull it forward to the front of your body (I hope you understand because this is hard to type lololol).

If all else fails, go soak in a hot bubble bath, and see if you can get someone to massage out that muscle. Work on the muscle only, no boney area!

Then pour a glass of wine (or a flexerall lol) and see if it helps.

Good luck :)

Hugs Hugs and More HUGS

It is hard with a big change in the house for all involved. Hopefully everything will settle in soon.

I am glad the schedule is working. Once he gets the hang of it perhaps you can build a little more flexibility into it so it is easier for cian.

Of course, listening to the stuff in this house tonight I am thinking the holidays have something to do with it. Is it January yet?

Sending you more hugs too! You can't have enough! I am glad the babe is doing well, but I'm sorry about everything else.

Can you call in a babysitting favor with someone and go get a massage to help that pinched nerve? I know what you mean, if you feel better, things will be better. While you're at it, maybe get a foot massage and pedicure too. You deserve a bit of pampering right now!

Hugs to your little guys too.
