best school district in northern NJ?

Hi, All. I haven't been around for a while, but old-timers might remember me from the autism board. I'm an American, living in Paris with two little Franco-American daughters and a French DH. My younger daughter, Emma (now 5y5m) is HFA (or pdd-nos, depending on who you ask). She is mainstreamed in public school (equivalent of Kindergarten year), but really should have an aide (don't get me started...).
Anyway, it looks like my DH might have an opportunity to be sent abroad --- to New Jersey! -- for work. It would be northern NJ, so I'd be interested in hearing any feedback and recommendations about school districts (also if there are any to avoid). I have no idea if anything will really come of this, but I'd rather be prepared if it does!
Thanks in advance for your help.

These would be the North Jersey areas that they have chapters in:

The chapter coordinators are extremely knowledgable and know where to steer you to for that information. It's a great group with tons of support (like this board) to join if you come to NJ.
Good Luck,
Leenie
Thanks again, Debbie
