Maybe you should call the bus company and ask to speak to whomever is in charge. Tell him/her what's been going on and that you talked to the bus driver and he hasn't done anything about it. Maybe they can put pressure on the driver or even switch drivers. Make sure you know his bus number or the name of the driver. Or maybe even talk to his principal and then maybe the two of you can approach the bus company together. The other thing you could do is get the names of the kids and call their parents.

I don't have any advice, I'm afraid.

I had a situation like yours with a child that punched my son in the back of the head twice. I immediatly went and talked to the bus driver the next morning who assured me he reported what happened to the childs teacher and the parents were going to be notified. I found out that this did happen and there hasn't been a problem since.

But I was lucky with a good bus driver who took it seriously. I would report this to the principle for two reasons.... that she needed to take action regarding this and the bus co they contract with, but also to have it on official record in case the problem isn't resolved. Even a letter regarding your conversation with her over the phone being sent to her would also be a big help as I would think it would go in his file (not quite sure about that tho,) but you would have written proof documenting these incidences.

Good luck!
