cats anyone?

for the city that i live in, my back yard is a decent size. without much help from me lilacs, roses, clemetis, peonies and morning glories manage to blossom. there is also a pear tree and a willow tree which attract birds. there are some cardinals and bluebird (or maybe blue jays). cats, some stray some house cats, have taken to using my yard as a litterbox, brothel and hunting ground. the local animal society has said the cats don't hurt anything to just let them be. the stench from them spraying is brutal, sometimes i have to wash our coats after being in the yard. cat droppings are everywhere. cats leave dead birds on my porch. the noise from their nite time activity is embarrassing.
i enclosed under my deck so they go under their anymore. the cats rest on my hammock and destroy chair cushions.the yard is mine and is completely fenced in.
any suggestions on getting rid of these felines?

i went to submit this and found that i have an objectionable tree in my yard. the p.. willow. it has white cotton blooms.

any suggestions?

maybe this would work http://www.smarthome.com/7250x.html
Or these although the last one sounds almost as bad as the cats. 5) ScareCrow (Outdoor Cat Deterrent)
ScareCrow, which looks more like a mynah bird than a crow, in my opinion, is an a motion activated sprinkler that will instantly respond to intruders with a burst of water. Great for keeping stray cats out of your yard or your own cats within boundaries inside your yard. It has a 105 degree detection range and about a 35 foot squirt range, so you may need more than one for maxium protection.
6) Shake-Away (Outdoors Cat Deterrent)
Shake-Away claims to be the "strongest cat deterrent in nature," and I have to agree, judging by the ingredients. Shake-Away is a granular substance with the odor of fox and coyote urine. Even territorial cats are smart enough to stay away from areas previously marked by much larger predators. One 20 ounce bottle will cover as much as 600 linear feet. Shake-Away is non-toxic to humans, animals, and flora. Like the "real thing," applications should be repeated over time or after heavy rain.

Similar to "Shake-Away" I've heard of a product called "Critter Ridder"...I believe it lasts about 30 days. I haven't used it, but had great success using "Deer Off" to keep the rabbits out of my flower beds, and I believe they're made by the same company.

Good Luck
