Hi all,

Been a while. I find Face book eats up all my time these days:( So Cian (7 as of YESTERDAY), has been on 20 mg prozac since mid May. HOLY crap, what a different kid. He's outgoing, coherent, happy, giddy, funny ( was always funny though). Still screams ASD, but not Anxiety. It's like I'm getting to know the little boy tat was always there but couldn't get out.

We will revisit adhd stimulants once school is in session. The boys have been on vacation since memorial day and go back early August. A very good few week for my wee Cian:))))

Ahhh, dontcha just love when a good med works?? :) We just love our Zoloft (both Nick and I)..haha. It truly is amazing how it helps with the anxiety. Nick is actually playing Little League this year, his first team sport, and not a special group, but with a whole team of NT kids. The kids sometimes look at him like he is just "out there", but with his aspie lack of regards to personal space and such, he gets right in there and found his little niche.

I am so glad it is working for you!!

Hi Dee,

Great news. As you know, we like Prozac for Malcolm here as well, happier, calmer, just a much sunnier outlook on life; plus in our case adding Clonodine has lessened the angry outbursts and hair-trigger temper. Isn't it lovely when something HELPS?
