For those who don't know, Cian IS NOT potty trained. For now if I stay on him to pee every hour, he can stay dry, but I mean I HAVE to stay on him. He won't initiate it himself at all. As for pooping, only in a pull up or underpants; forget the bathroom, sigh. But that's not really why I'm posting.

Cian's room has had a faint urine odour the last few days; I chalked it up to an unpotty ready 4 year old and possible pair of pants lost under the bed. I couldn't find them but I figured they'd show up. Then tonight when I was putting Cian to bed the faint odour had morphed into an overbearing old folks home from the 1970's stench...OMG it was so pungent I almost gagged. I knew there was more at work here other than a rogue pair of undies, and I was right. I asked Cian outright where the pull up was, and surprisingly he 'fessed up (no deer in headlights look). He has a hanging tube that stores stuffed animals; well cubby #2 had 3 stinking, putrid, VERY heavy and full pull ups in there. Grrrrrrrr....

I have no clue why he decided that was a good place for them; could it be laziness (trash all the way downstairs or is it something else? Just when I think I am making some headway withthis kid, he throws a googlie at me.

I can relate to this.

Chloe wears overnight pants, and no matter how much coaxing she refuses to bring it to the garbage.
