Could she have AS?

I am extremely worried about my 32 month old daughter. I took notice around 2 that she wasn't like the other kids her age. At 2 she was barely putting 2 words together. I noticed other kids her age were talking in small sentences. She has only recently begun asking simple questions such as ''whats that'' and ''where'' questions. But what worries me is a lot of her speech is just things she has memorized (phrases) with very little spontaneous speech. She also isn't really uses pronouns. Everything is ''I''. ''I want water.'' ''I naked'' if I am getting undressed, instead of ''you naked'' or ''mommy naked.'' She is always labeling everything: colors, etc. things she sees, but never expands on that. She is in a preschool as of last week and hearing and watching the other kids makes her differences even more apparent. They talk to one another, play together, where mine justs plays quietly with the playdoe or colors with a couple other kids. She loves the sit next to them at circle time and answers the teachers questions and always responds to her name and makes eye contact, but she is different. She used to repeat the last part of my question for ''yes'' as opposed to answering it, but I worked really hard to get her to answer yes to things, but now almost everything is given a yes answer even if I know she means no. I took her in to be evaluated by EI but they thought she was fine, no sign of autism, but all they did was have her label things and stack blocks. She is super affectionate, very good fine and gross motor skills, but her speech issues are really concerning. She also no longer plays with the toys she used to like her kitchen, play phone, dolls. Sometimes she will play with her crayons, taking them all out of the box and putting them
