Any suggestions beside dark shades that will help DS sleep longer in the morning. He is getting up at 5:30ish now that there has been a time change. If I leave him in his crib he just screams and cries until I get him. My hope is that he will just fall asleep again, but of course he never does. I have tried to keep him up later( currently goes to bed at 7:45) but that has not helped either. ANy suggestions?
Thanks

Move to Arizona? They stay on the same time all year! Sorry, daylight saving time is a pet peeve of mine. I grew up in Indiana, which only started daylight saving this year.
DS always had trouble with the time change when he was littler (we live in Illinois now). We had a heartbeat music tape that we used to help him fall asleep and I think we would use it in the mornings some times to help him go back to sleep. Is there anything from your evening routine that helps cue him for bedtime and could help him fall back asleep? Maybe a favorite snuggly toy?
