Chad's regular teacher that he is with for 50% of the day still to me does not get the way chad thinks sometimes. Things are going pretty good with the IEP in place...but anyway...

We're having school issues right now, and I can't wait to observe in the classroom because I'm going to bet that I see something that is the trigger to our meltdowns that no one else notices.

We go through this all the time. Every incident at school can be easily traced to known areas of weakness for my son. Fine motor skills, motor planning etc. We see the trigger for each school problem as being obvious, but the teachers don't get it. We keep explaining but it just keeps happening. I think all we parents can do is to continue to provide informtion and hope one day it will sink in. Good Luck!
