My son had to wear corrective bracers last year for a little while because his feet wanted to turn outward.

Hi Casey,
Wow, this is so strange because just last night I was remembering how my father used to walk so strange like. He would have his feet positioned just like your sons. His toes would point outward and it would look like his foot was turned sideways.

I don't have any great infor for you (sorry) but I just had to post because it was such a de ja vu thing for me. I know my father was very late to walk (my mother claims he was 3 before he did) and I had never seen anyone walk like he did when he was alive.

Anyway good luck and let us know how it turns out :)

Thanks for the info all. We did go see the Dr. today. We had x-rays done and everything looks fine. The Dr. Just thinks it may be a bad sprain. He told me to wait a least 3 weeks for the foot to totally heal. If he is still limping in 3 weeks we need to call him back and have a c-scan or a MRI done to make sure he does not have a tiny tiny fracture that the x-ray was unable to pick up or if it is a problem with the muscles in the foot.
