gluten free diet

I have decided to start my son on the Gluten free diet. He has been having alot of stress lately and some of his aspie symptoms are getting worse. I really don't want to put him on meds because I don't want him to become dependent on them.
My question is.. Has anyone else tried this diet and how should I start. Should I bring Gluten free things in gradually or should I go all gluten free. Also should I look into removing casein from his diet too? He has acid reflux and does not do good with alot of dairy or greasy foods. His digestion is not the best either

Hi,
Casey, you should check out Katherine's site:
