Graduation went great

Graduation went perfectly yesterday. There is no air conditioning in the school so the auditorium was pretty hot but other than that everything was perfect, none of the kids made a mistake. Ds is so proud of himself, I took about 25 pictures. He looked so handsome, hopefully over the next couple of days I will be able to share some them with you all.
I let him pick out what he wanted for dinner last night and then dd came up with the idea of us going out for dessert at a local cafe.
Last night he was so excited about today being the last day of school he was practically bouncing off the walls, it wasn't easy getting him to bed last night. Then this morning he kept shouting "today is last day of school, yeah".
It has been a rough year for him; yesterday and today are the happiest I have seen him in several months.
Hopefully the graduation present I ordered for him will come today, which is a book on how to build robots, his main interest. He is a wiz kid with computers and building robots.

That sounds wonderful. I am glad the graduation turned out so well. I am looking forward to seeing those pictures. What grade did he graduate from?
