Or at least did a really awesome job lip synching LOL.
Josh's Christmas concert was tonight - 5th and 6th grade combined choir, so probably 60 kids. In the past, concerts/programs have resulted in him NOT singing, making odd faces, or just simply zoning out and staring off into space. :)
I know - small achievement. But even my mom noticed and said "Is he singing?"
Ryan on the other hand - hates crowds and strangers. A crowded gymnasium with the parents of 120+ kids between the band and choir was NOT his idea of a fun night. But we managed to quiet him thanks to quick thinking gramma who decided he needed a "potty break" (more like a break from all the strangers).
Apparently the music teacher "gets" Josh - even though the others are still on the fence.

That's great!
Tell Josh "Way to Go!"
Henry's Christmas program was today, too.
AWWWW!!! Great job Josh!! Its great to see them grow up!! Nathan changes every year. I still see those quirks....but there has been so much improvement.

WOOOHOOO Josh and MAN I love that Gramma!
That is awesome to hear! What a great thing to witness. Ya know, there is no small achievement for our guys. Maybe if they were NT and they didn't have loads to overcome to for this. NOPE, I would say this is a great big huge WTG JOSH!

We HAD to stop at McD's for milkshakes after - both boys managed the evening impressively well.
My mom is starting to understand that her boys aren't typical boys - while she won't admit that it's an ASD, she will admit that they "have their quirks". Papa on the other hand thinks they're "just boys being boys". Ummm sure - a normal 4yo screams and covers his ears in tears when people applaud?
That's awesome!!! :)
