Horrible morning...feeling really blue

Hi gals,
This morning started out uneventful, we stuck to our routine, got Nick out to the car and just as I was to strap him into the carseat, he said "Mommy kiss booty" which is one of his fave sayings, I didnt say anything, just ignored him, well apparently he took that as I was mad at him, he jumped out of his carseat and out of the car and ran back into the backyard and proceed to run from me. He was taunting me, meanwhile making me late for work. I tried to keep cool while fuming. Finally I lost it, I walked up the sidewalk, took him by the arm, he dropped to the ground and I picked him up, he was kicking and hitting at me, I had to drag him to the car. Mind you he weighs 50 lbs. He was yelling the whole time, half crying in protest. I finally got him in the car but he wouldnt get in his seat. He was crying for Heidi (our dog), I actually had to wrestle him into his carseat and buckle him in, thank god he still fits into a Marathon or else he would have been out. He actually was swinging at me while I was doing it, his fist grazed my face twice. Thank god I removed everything from the backseat before I chased him down. After he was in, I just bawled. It sucked, I was late for work. I tried to reason with him, talk him down before chasing him, but it didnt work. I give us plenty of time in the mornings, I cant help think this morning he was just being crappy. Today I just wanted to run away.

{{{Christine}}}} I hate that feeling when things are out of control with our kids. Its really hard to take. My son head butted me so hard a few weeks ago he gave me a bloody nose.
I hope your day gets better.
Lainie
Christine,
Oh, those kind of days aren't much fun at all.
Christine,
We all have those days.
