For physical activity: If you can get him out f the house for 30 minutes per day, great. If the weather is bad, try to go to a playplace or something where he can let opff some steam. Do in at a time when there will be fewer kids there, like early in the morning. It should help him to get some of the beans out. You can also do activitied with him at home: bouncing on a therapy ball or a mini trampoline are favored activities for our kids.
