This is a tough one, because if she is good on the doctoring front, then the flakiness might be worth putting up with -although I once had a Dr who was impossible to get hold of, and you really don't want that in a time of urgent need.


SO maybe it is a good idea to find another Dev Ped. The danger there is that s/he will disagree with DXes and want to change everything around. But if that happens, you can take your child and go back to FlakyLady.

LOL, her name isn't Dr. Pratt, is it? I know a flakey Dev Ped by that name. I took my son to see her once. She was completely zoned out and in her own world. She only halfway wrote out the lab work order. It was a bizarre experience and I didn't take my son back to her.
